Shipping policy
1. General Provisions
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchase orders (hereinafter referred to as "Orders") placed with Shanghai Xiluolin International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an Order with us, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") unconditionally acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This policy serves as a supplementary document to our formal sales contract; in case of any conflict between the signed sales contract and this policy, the terms of the sales contract shall prevail. All shipping-related arrangements, including but not limited to shipping methods, delivery timeframes, duties, taxes and customs clearance matters, are subject to final written confirmation between you and our team.
2. Available Shipping Methods
We offer flexible, full-range international shipping solutions tailored to your order size, cargo type, destination, budget and timeline requirements. Available shipping methods include, but are not limited to:
- International Express Courier: In partnership with mainstream global carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.), ideal for small-batch, urgent orders, with standard door-to-door delivery options.
- Air Freight: Suitable for medium-volume orders with tight delivery schedules, available for airport-to-airport, door-to-airport and door-to-door service modes.
- Ocean Freight: Including Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) services, cost-effective for large-volume bulk orders, with port-to-port, door-to-port and door-to-door options.
- Customized Shipping Solutions: For special cargo (oversized, heavy, temperature-controlled or sensitive goods) or non-standard route requirements, we can provide customized transportation plans upon your formal request.
You may also designate your own freight forwarder for shipment arrangement. Such arrangements must be confirmed with our team in writing prior to order finalization to coordinate cargo delivery, handover and full document transfer details. We reserve the right to recommend the most suitable shipping solution based on your order specifications and destination.
3. Transit & Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes, including but not limited to estimated transit duration, scheduled departure/arrival dates, and final delivery deadlines, have no unified standard and are subject to mandatory written confirmation with our official team before you place a formal order.
The specific delivery timeframe will be comprehensively determined based on the confirmed shipping method, order specifications, cargo type, destination country/region, customs clearance arrangements, and other relevant factors. The final binding delivery timeframe shall only be set forth in the written confirmation document (including but not limited to formal sales contracts, proforma invoices, and official email confirmations) jointly confirmed by both parties.
Any unconfirmed timeframe information provided for reference only does not constitute any formal delivery commitment. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by transit delays that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to order production/processing time, pre-shipment inspection procedures, customs clearance and cargo inspection by relevant authorities, port congestion, statutory holidays, carrier schedule adjustments, force majeure events, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of unexpected transit delays, we will provide full assistance in tracking the shipment status and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance Matters
This clause sets out the core agreement between both parties regarding import-related responsibilities, and is strictly binding for all Orders:
- Fee Liability: Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing in a formal signed sales contract, all import duties, value-added tax (VAT), consumption tax, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, port charges, storage fees, and any other fees levied by the customs or relevant regulatory authorities of the destination country/region (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Import Fees") shall be borne solely by you, the buyer.
- Mandatory Pre-Order Confirmation: Tariff policies, tax rates, customs declaration requirements, restricted goods regulations and import license rules vary significantly by country and region. All matters related to duties, taxes, customs clearance, and destination port fees must be confirmed with our team via the official contact information provided in this policy before you place a formal order.
- Customs Assistance & Responsibility Division: We will provide standard shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, etc.) required for customs clearance in accordance with international trade practices. However, we do not guarantee compliance with the specific import regulations of your destination country/region. We are not responsible for any cargo detention, return, fines, or clearance delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, or your non-compliance with local import laws and regulations.
- Special Trade Terms: For Orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or other special Incoterms® 2020 terms, all related duties, taxes and clearance arrangements must be explicitly confirmed in writing with our team in advance, and corresponding fees will be quoted separately.
5. Order Processing & Shipment Arrangement
- Upon receipt of your confirmed Order and full payment (or agreed deposit), we will complete order preparation and pre-shipment quality inspection within 1-3 working days (customized or bulk production orders are subject to the confirmed lead time in the formal written agreement between both parties).
- Once the shipment is formally dispatched, we will send the shipping confirmation, tracking number (for express/air freight) or bill of lading copy (for ocean freight), and full set of shipping documents to your registered email in a timely manner.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping address, recipient contact person, phone number, and all required customs clearance information. We are not liable for delivery failure, cargo return, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by you.

7. Force Majeure

In such cases, we will notify you in a timely manner and take all reasonable actions to minimize the impact of the delay.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update, revise or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior individual notice. The latest version of the policy shall take effect upon publication. Your continued placement of Orders after the policy update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
